How to use:

For Hair:

1. Apply oil to your scalp and massage with your fingertips.
2. Leave on overnight.
3. Rinse thoroughly the next day.
4. For best results, apply 2-3 times a week.
5. Do a hair patch test before applying.

For Skin:

1. Apply a few drops of oil to your face and massage gently in a circular motion.
2. Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
4. Use as a moisturizer 1-2 times a day.
