How to increase hair volume and thickness

1. Avoid chemical free hair oil

Hair loss and damage often occur due to the harmful effects of chemicals such as parabens, silicone, phthalates, etc. Apart from removing natural oils, such chemicals make the hairs brittle and lead to breakage.

2. Eat healthy food

Drink a lots of water and include green leafy vegetables, nuts , pulses and fruits in your diet. Daily lots of iron , protien, vitamins and minerals must be included in your diet, this will make your hairs stronger and promote growth.

3. Excercise and include YOGA Daily

Excercise and YOGA on regular basis will make you happy and stress free. As stress causes our hair follicles to prematurely enter a phase of growth arrest.

4. Know your ingredients in Hair oil

You must know about the ingredients in your hair oil. Amla, bhringraj, brahmi etc are excellent for hair growth. For shampoo Aamla , Henna, shikakai is the best for hairs
